Since this is my first blog, i will just describe a bit into howi got involved with SoC and how i became interested with Drupal.

It all started back when webchick was applying to SoC 2005, she posted some info in the forum of an online community i am part of.

I looked up SoC but it had already began and i didnt fully understand how it worked......by the time i understood what was happening it was too late.
So i sulked for a bit then went back to killing time (staying up all night sleeping all day kinda helps hehe), chasing girls (I suck at this ;P ) and playing pool(I am a decent player, if you got a problem put the money where your mouth is).

Come SoC 2006 i was ready, by that i mean i knew how it worked but hadnt yet decided who i was going to apply to etc ...oh yeah did i mention i was in the middle of my bloody exams? god they were horrible.

anways long story short i decided to apply to drupal because i digg the coding style and the modular approach to everything plus all the people I spoke to such as chx, merlinofchaos and webchick were awfully help.

Now came the hard bit of writing the application;it took me around 3days to write all together but did it go through some hell...everytime i got something sorted i would have the drupal mentors have a look and they would disect it like friggin lab frog heheh (damn some of the mistakes they found were awful, blushed quite a few times.)
